Returns / Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product.

You will then receive the full order amount including any standard shipping costs paid back. The costs for returning the product are at your own expense .

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we request that you return the product – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging, including all accessories supplied.

If the product is damaged, or the packaging is damaged more than necessary to assess the product, we can charge a reduction in value . So treat the product with care and ensure good return packaging.

Exceptions

Not all products are covered by the right of withdrawal. Personalized or custom-made jewelry that is made to your specifications cannot be returned. This is always clearly stated with the product.

Register return

Send an email to atraceofblue@gmail.com with your name, order number and which product you want to return. We will then ensure a smooth handling.

The amount will be refunded within 14 days of your notification , provided we have received the product in good order.
