💎 How does a custom order work?
1. Introduction & wishes
You can visit my studio in Enkhuizen or contact me by email. Together we will discuss your wishes, style, occasion (e.g. wedding, anniversary, farewell), preference for materials and colors.
2. Proposal & price indication
Based on our conversation I will make a proposal. You will receive a price indication, possibly with options.
3. Agreement & planning
After approval I plan the assignment. For custom work I work with a 50% down payment.
4. Design & realization
I'll get started. I'll keep you informed during the process. Small adjustments are usually still possible.
5. Completion & Payment
You will receive photos of the final result or visit the studio. You will pay the remaining amount upon collection or before shipping.

❓ Can I also have something made at short notice?
Yes, often that works. Contact me as soon as possible, then I will see what is possible within my planning.
❓ What if I don't have a clear idea yet?
No problem. I'm happy to help you make choices. Together we'll find something that suits you - whether that's subtle, symbolic or striking.
❓ Can I have the jewelry adjusted afterwards?
Small adjustments such as shortening a chain or replacing a hook are usually possible. Please feel free to contact us.
❓ How does payment work?
I ask for a 50% deposit upon approval. The remaining amount you pay upon completion (before shipping or upon collection).
❓ Can I come by with an outfit or piece of clothing?
Yes, please! Whether it is a wedding dress, blouse or suit: it helps enormously in matching your jewelry to style, color and shape.
